Daron Ker, director and producer of the 83 minute feature documentary film "I RIDE," announced today that the movie will premier in West Los Angeles at Laemmle's Royal Theatre on Thursday, May 12, 2011.
The documentary based on the life and times of biker music's favorite sons, Harry and Tommy Fryed.
As a native of Cambodia, Daron was first captivated by the passionate lyrics and harmonious sounds of the Fryed Brothers Band's original songs.
Over a three-year span Daron tagged along as the siblings traveled with their 5-piece band entertaining at biker events. " I RIDE" is a rendition of what being part of the biker family means.
Guest appearances by performer Willie Nelson, Pat Simmons of the Doobie Brothers Band, living legend Sonny Barger and other iconic figures, this film promises all the emotion, excitement, chills and thrills of any biker culture flick.
